This house is built for the famous theater personalities, Huligappa Kattimani and Pramila Bengre. The couple had lot of interest in the traditional style of building. So the Architect have brought an old style charm to the structure by using materials such as tiled roof veranda's with wooden columns, reuse of traditional style windows and a combination of Betham charla other natural stones for flooring which blends with the modern day ceramics.
