This is a contemporary style house which is built in 4000sq.ft area. The vertical concrete columns are avoided to maintain the horizontality of the structure by using I-sections and fabricated columns. The house looks stylish with glass balconies and the facade is treatment with fundermax cladding material. The interiors of the house is very spacious contributing large amount of light and air. The flooring is done with Italian and jaiselmer yellow marble from Rajasthan.
